The next in our series of Mediation Matters seminars will take place in Dublin on 18 June 2019. The seminar will take the format of a panel led open forum. Our aim is to make the seminars as interactive and informative as possible. The panel of four leading mediators has collectively over 4,000 mediations and more than 100 years mediation experience between them.  Speakers – Phillip Howell-Richardson, Michel Kallipetis QC, Jonathan Lloyd-Jones and Bill Marsh

They will examine the issues, challenges and hot topics in mediation today. Some of the topics to be covered include:

Getting beyond no – Breaking impasse, negotiation tactics.
Regulation – Mediation Act, Code of Conduct.
Singapore Convention – It’s impact on cross border mediation and raising the profile of mediation for cross border disputes.
