Jonathan Lloyd-Jones is a “terribly charming, urbane and witty” individual, who “doesn’t mind getting stuck in and seriously testing both sides’ cases.” His background as a commercial litigator makes him a popular choice for parties facing commercial disputes, and he has recent experience handling fraud, employment and professional negligence claims.
Mark Lomas QC is an immensely popular practitioner, frequently selected as sole or lead mediator by parties facing high-value disputes. He is predominantly known for his significant professional negligence expertise, whilst also having a strong track record in commercial contract disputes. Sources describe him as an experienced figure who “drills down into the detail” of a dispute in pursuit of a settlement.
Bill Marsh is highly recommended by market commentators, who praise his ability to build rapport with the parties and single out his “understanding of the technical nuances” of commercial disputes. He focuses on international cases, acting on a variety of commercial contract disputes involving parties from Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the USA.
“Excellent mediator” Nicholas Pryor impresses sources with his ability to “work in a very quiet, smooth and understated way.” His practice encompasses a broad range of employment, commercial and contractual disputes, including those arising in the banking and finance, pharmaceutical and telecommunications sectors.
