We are delighted to share some exciting news: Kate Jackson has been named the Lexology Index: Client Choice – Commercial Mediator of the Year. The award was presented at a dinner in London on 19 March 2026.
The Lexology Index – Client Choice Awards recognise the individuals and firms that have performed exceptionally well in their research. Clients are asked to rate individuals and firms on many criteria some of which are shown here: commercial awareness, industry knowledge, strategic thinking, tailored fee structures, value for money, effective communication, sharing of expertise, project management and ethics. This is the second time that Kate has received this global award.
She is at the forefront of resolving complex commercial disputes, and has conducted hundreds of mediations, with governments, businesses, organisations, and individuals from many parts of the world.
This global award is a magnificent achievement and cements Kate’s position as one of the leading mediators in Europe.
