We are delighted to announce that Michel Kallipetis KC has received the lifetime achievement award from the International Academy of Mediators (IAM) at a ceremony in Seattle last week.

A magnificent evening with a standing ovation from an audience of peers from around the world. Michel has been at the forefront of mediation for two decades and continues to be so.

He was counsel in Halsey and in the landmark Court of Appeal case Churchill v Merthyr Tydfil Borough Council. The outcome of each have had their own significant impact on the mediation sector. This is in addition to mediating full-time and speaking at numerous conferences on mediation.
