2022 marked the 15th anniversary of Independent Mediators. We celebrated in London with a drinks reception at the National Gallery.

2017 marked the 10th anniversary of Independent Mediators. We started our celebrations in London with a drinks reception at Lambeth Palace and we are carrying on the celebrations with a series of seminars and drinks receptions. The first seminar/reception took place in Birmingham.

The latest seminar took place in Dublin on 18 June 2019.

The seminars take the format of a panel led open forum. Our aim is to make the seminars as interactive and informative as possible.

Speakers were – Phillip Howell-Richardson, Michel Kallipetis KC, and Jonathan Lloyd-Jones

They examined the issues, challenges and hot topics in mediation today. Some of the topics covered included; achieving effective communication, the use of the mediator to prepare the parties, set the tone, build trust, identify the key issues, help the negotiations, break deadlock and get the parties over the line and the Singapore Convention.
